Our company currently has one advanced continuous and intermittent spray winding production line in China, producing insulation pipes with diameters ranging from 529 to 1620. The spraying system uses a Graco high-pressure spray foaming machine, and the winding system uses a Jinhu extruder. The product quality fully meets or exceeds the national standard GB/T34611-2017.
1. The spray wrapping process can reasonably determine the thickness of the insulation layer and outer protective layer based on the temperature of the conveying medium, reducing unnecessary material waste.
2. The spray wrapping production line has a compact structure, fewer links, and reduces production costs.
3. The uniform spraying density ensures excellent insulation effect of the insulation pipe.
4. The spraying production method effectively ensures the concentricity of the working steel pipe and the outer protective layer, significantly enhancing the product quality.
